Job description
We’re seeking a highly motivated and customer centered (Senior) Integration Program Manager (m/f/d) to lead strategic cross-country initiatives in our Integrations domain. In this role, you’ll drive medium-to-large scale integration programs from concept to execution — ensuring seamless integration between our various best-of-breed products, with a strong focus on quality, customer centricity, and delivery excellence.
Your tasks
- Lead Cross-Country Programs: Own end-to-end execution of high-impact integration programs across engineering, product, and business teams
- Drive Alignment: Define goals, scope, timelines, and roadmaps — ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical strategies
- Enable Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and product to remove roadblocks and deliver integrated solutions that scale
- Ensure Success: Work closely with customers to make sure their needs and local compliancy are reflected
- Track & Deliver: Manage milestones, KPIs, and dependencies to ensure programs stay on track, on time, and on quality
- Manage Risks: Proactively surface blockers, own escalation paths, and push for resolution — early and often
- Communicate Effectively: Provide crisp, data-driven updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and trade-offs
- Model Operational Excellence: Bring rigor, structure, and clarity to complex technical programs — while staying calm under pressure and responsive to change

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in driving progress and clarity
- Comfortable escalating and influencing across teams to unblock delivery
- Strong sense for customer needs to ensure reflection in product
- Experience leading integration projects across multiple teams and countries
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to speak fluently with engineers
