At zvoove, we’re reimagining and modernizing one of our core applications that powers recruiting operations for hundreds of customers across Europe. We're looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) with a unique blend of technical excellence, product sense, and team leadership.
This is more than just a hands-on coding role. You’ll lead a cross-functional engineering team and play a key part in shaping the product roadmap—helping prioritize features, improve workflows, and ensure the stability and scalability of the platform.
Your tasks
- Lead and empower a skilled team of engineers, guiding them in architectural decisions, agile delivery, and continuous improvement
- Act as a bridge between product and engineering, helping shape feature direction and turning customer needs into actionable development plans
- Champion technical excellence, clean architecture, and long-term maintainability across the codebase
- Drive operational improvements through automation, CI/CD optimization, and best engineering practices
- Own delivery quality and work closely with QA to ensure a reliable and stable product experience
Your profile
- A hands-on engineer with strong experience in C#/.NET and modern front-end development (preferably Angular 17+, or alternatively React)
- Comfortable working on and maintaining large-scale web applications and navigating complex system interactions
- Strong understanding of relational databases such as MSSQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and ideally some exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- You’re a natural collaborator, comfortable making trade-offs, and capable of managing product priorities with limited resources
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
Nice to have
- Prior experience owning or co-leading a product, or a strong desire to grow into a product leadership role
- Experience managing or mentoring engineers, fostering growth, and building high-performing teams
- A talent for balancing technical debt and new feature delivery, with an eye on long-term product health
