As a Team lead for Corporate IT within Zvoove, you hold a pivotal role responsible for spearheading the efficiency, scalability, and security of our IT landscape. This position demands strategic vision, adept project management skills, and the ability to lead a cross-location, cross-company team to ensure alignment with business goals. It holds the unique opportunity to lead and shape the long-term IT strategy that directly impacts the business goals and technological advancements of zvoove. Your tasks
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, long-term IT strategy aligning with zvoove Group's business objectives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and security of our IT infrastructure and processes.
- Continuously assess and adapt strategies to meet evolving technology needs and industry standards.
Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of IT projects, from planning through to implementation, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Lead post-merger/acquisition IT integrations, leveraging expertise to streamline processes and optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects based on strategic impact and resource availability.
ICT Landscape Development:
- Drive the development and enhancement of zvoove Group's IT landscape, including on-premises, hybrid, and cloud solutions.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and service level agreements.
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, security standards, and legal requirements across all IT operations.
- Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive information and mitigate cyber threats.
- Foster a culture of accountability and awareness regarding data privacy and security practices among team members.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and at least 5 years of work experience in leadership positions.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing ICT infrastructures and service portfolios to support organizational objectives.
- Proven track record of successfully managing post-merger/acquisition IT integrations, with a focus on minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across international teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, including hands-on mentality, assertiveness, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
