zvoove Commercial
The commercial department is responsible for driving the organic and inorganic growth of the company by supporting business units in sales, pricing, data analysis as well as initiating M&A transactions. They work closely with the C-Level and other departments to ensure the company's success. Their expertise and dedication help to propel the company forward and achieve its goals.
Your Background
- Completed Master’s degree or equivalent with focus on business, economics, (business) informatics, mathematics, statistics or equivalent
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally with practical experience in the at top consulting firms, PE / VC companies, investment banks, or in the industry
- Initial experience in the field of M&A or corporate strategy, highly analytical and quantitative skills combined with economic and entrepreneurial thinking ability
- Structured way of thinking, recognize complex interrelations, and solve problems in a creative manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – German is a plus
Your Tasks
- Partner with the Commercial Team to drive the organization’s inorganic and organic growth
- Assist on the preparation, origination and execution of investment opportunities
- Conduct analyses for entering new markets and support with financial models in close collaboration with our private equity investor
- Support and conduct due diligence proceeding, particularly commercial due diligence and financial due diligence
- Collaborate on post-merger integration and the creation of multi-year business plans
- Be a sparring partner for leadership in high stakes strategic decisions
- Establish frameworks and generate insights for reporting, assessing, and measuring performance
