zvoove Commercial

The commercial department is responsible for driving the organic and inorganic growth of the company by supporting business units in sales, pricing, data analysis as well as initiating M&A transactions. They work closely with the C-Level and other departments to ensure the company's success. Their expertise and dedication help to propel the company forward and achieve its goals.

Your Background

  • Completed Master’s degree or equivalent with focus on business, economics, (business) informatics, mathematics, statistics or equivalent
  • 2-4 years professional experience in the area of sales/revenue operations and analytics or management consulting
  • Advanced skills in Excel and SQL – Experience with SalesForce is a plus
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a natural approach to numbers in preparation, analysis, interpretation, planning and forecasting.
  • You are a data enthusiast, highly self-motivated and independent person, who thrives on a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in successfully executing projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – German is a plus.

Your Tasks

  • Partner with the Commercial Team to develop and drive the organization’s commercial business operations and sales strategies, including owning key initiatives independently.
  • Identify opportunities to promote revenue growth and improve operational efficiencies to scale and align the business
  • Build a highly effective sales engine across 4 different markets together with sales leadership
  • Be a sparring partner for leadership in high stakes strategic decisions
  • Design and model impact of potential pricing/commercial changes
  • Establish frameworks and generate insights for reporting, assessing, and measuring performance
